Una adjudicación fechada dentro de una inhabilitación: ¿cómo se controla?

El cruce de los registros oficiales de la DNCP muestra una adjudicación a un proveedor cuya fecha cae dentro de un periodo de inhabilitación registrado en las sanciones publicadas. Puede haber explicaciones administrativas — fechas de carga, recursos pendientes, alcance de la sanción — y el hallazgo lo señala. ¿Qué controles deberían impedir este solapamiento y qué documentación pediría primero un auditor?
