¿Por qué una unidad de control publica 85% menos que hace un año?

La Dirección Control y Actividades de Apoyo de Honduras publicó 1,65 millones de HNL a agosto de 2026, frente a 10,72 millones en el mismo corte de 2025: un 85% menos interanual en monto publicado. En unidades administrativas pequeñas un cambio así puede ser calendario, reclasificación o recorte real. ¿Cómo distinguirlos con los registros disponibles?
