Findings
According to ECLAC data at constant prices, Panama's GDP growth fell from 11% in 2022 to 4.4% in 2025 (−6.7 pp). Bolivia had the second-largest drop (−5.3 pp), while Panama ranked 4th of 14 by its 2025 level.
According to harmonised constant-price series from ECLAC, Paraguay went from -0% in 2022 to 6.6% in 2025. Paraguay ranks 1 out of 14 countries analyzed for 2025, followed by Nicaragua (+1.4 pp).
